FrothIQ is built by OrbWeaver, a small engineering team. Free-tier support is best-effort through the channels above. Enterprise-tier customers get guaranteed response windows and a dedicated contact. If you’re somewhere in between — running enough sites that reliable support matters — email us and we’ll figure something out.
