Install on your first WordPress site
Download the plugin
Get the latest FrothIQ Defense plugin ZIP. We’ll email you a link after you register, or you can grab it directly from your dashboard.
Install & activate
In WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the ZIP, click Install Now, then Activate.
Accept the EULA
You’ll be redirected to the EULA screen on activation. Review, scroll to the bottom, accept. Protection is EULA-gated — nothing blocks anything until you agree.
Paste your license
Generated from your dashboard when you register the site. One license per site. Pasting it enables centralized management and tenant-wide threat intelligence.
Pick a starting mode
We recommend Monitor for the first 24–48 hours so you can see what the internet is throwing at your site without risking false positives. Then switch to Protect.
